Health town in Vyshneve 27.09.2024

On 27.09.2024, as part of additional immunisation activities against pertussis, diphtheria and tetanus, the Health Town visited the town of Vyshneve

At the initiative of the Kyiv Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health in cooperation with the Department of Health of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Vyshneve City Council and the Municipal Enterprise "Vyshneve City Hospital" of the Vyshneve City Council of Bucha district.

The event was attended by about 130 people. Visitors had the opportunity to get answers to questions about vaccination, get advice on preventing infectious diseases, and receive recommendations on mental health, cardiovascular disease and diabetes prevention (smoking cessation, healthy eating, physical activity, etc.).

In addition, the visitors of the event received a number of medical services, namely:
20 people received a consultation from a family doctor
87 people had their blood pressure measured
77 people had their body mass index measured
50 people had their blood sugar measured
17 people were tested for hepatitis C
15 people were tested for HIV
11 people were vaccinated against diphtheria and tetanus
5 people vaccinated against COVID-19
10 people were tested to determine the causative agents of respiratory infections

Upon request, citizens were able to receive handouts on healthy lifestyles and vaccinations
