Health town in Vyshneve
4 September 2024At the initiative of the Kyiv Centralized Clinical Laboratory of the Ministry of Health in cooperation with the Vyshneve City Council and the Municipal Enterprise "Vyshneve City Hospital" of the Vyshneve City Council of Bucha District.
The event was attended by about 130 people. Everyone was able to get answers to their questions about vaccination, get advice on preventing infectious diseases, and receive recommendations on mental health, cardiovascular disease and diabetes prevention (smoking cessation, healthy eating, physical activity, etc.).
In addition, the visitors of the event received a number of medical services, namely:
30 people received a consultation from a family doctor
100 people had their blood pressure measured
75 people had their body mass index measured
44 people had their blood sugar measured
9 people were tested for hepatitis B and C
15 people were tested with a multi-test, which includes testing for hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV and syphilis
10 people were vaccinated against diphtheria and tetanus
18 people vaccinated against COVID-19
Upon request, citizens were able to receive handouts on healthy lifestyles and vaccinations
