"On 25-28 March, the Health City visited enterprises of Kyiv region
31 March 2025From 25 to 28 March, the Health Town team visited the enterprises of Khlibni Investytsii LLC in Kyiv Oblast. Employees of the First Capital Bakery and Chanta Mount had the opportunity to check their health, consult on disease prevention and get the appropriate vaccinations. In particular, you could get professional advice on diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, mental health etc.
"More than 450 people visited the Health City and received various medical services:
- vaccination against diphtheria and tetanus - 215;
- consultations with a surgeon and family doctor - 440;
- consultations ophthalmologist - 319 (patients with farsightedness or nearsightedness were helped to choose glasses);
- ECG - 440;
- measurement blood pressure - 267;
- definition body mass index - 267;
- definition blood sugar levels - 440;
- screening for tuberculosis (fluorography) - 481;
- research to determine respiratory infections - 199.
The event was initiated by the Kyiv Centralized Center for Public Health of the Ministry of Health in cooperation with the Petrivka Village Council, ICF "Contribution to Medicine Development" and Caritas-Spes of the Roman Catholic Church in Ukraine.
Remember that many dangerous diseases can be prevented:
- get vaccinated;
- stick to hand hygiene and coughing;
- If you are sick, see a doctor, not exercise self-medication;
- Everyone needs a medical check-up at least once a year - even if you feel well;
