  Nataliia Rodyna

  Director General of the State Institution "Kyiv Oblast Center for Diseases Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine"

  Ph.D. in Microbiology, Master's degree in Management (MBA in Healthcare), Master's degree in Public Health.

  Honoured Worker of Healthcare of Ukraine (Decree of the President of Ukraine of 21 August 2020 No. 335).

  She has the highest qualification category in Bacteriology and the first qualification category in Virology. She is the author and co-author of 67 scientific papers.

  In 2014, she defended her PhD thesis on "Microorganisms in the biocenotic structures of natural foci of tick-borne transmissible zooanthroponosis".

   

  Since 04.01.2022, she has been the Head of the Centre and performs duties of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Kyiv Region in terms of epidemiological surveillance (monitoring), prevention of the occurrence and spread of communicable diseases, localisation and elimination of their outbreaks and epidemics.

  Member of the Ukrainian Association for Biosafety (2015); Member of the European Biosafety Association - EBSA (2019); Member of the European Society for Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases - ESCMID (2019).

  Since 2024, she has been a member of the All-Ukrainian Association of Public Health Professionals, Head of the Kyiv Regional Branch of the All-Ukrainian Association of Public Health Professionals.

  She has the highest qualification category in General Hygiene and the first qualification category in Healthcare Organisation and Management.

  Awards and distinctions:

  In 2011, she was awarded the Certificate of Honour of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for her significant personal contribution to the development of healthcare and high professionalism

  In 2013, she was awarded the Certificate of Honour of the Kyiv Regional State Administration for many years of conscientious work, high professionalism, and significant personal contribution to the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population of Kyiv region

  In 2021, she was awarded the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine Medal of the III degree for her personal contribution to the national security and defence of Ukraine, exemplary performance of official duties, professionalism and on the occasion of the Day of the Medical Worker.

  She manages and coordinates the activities of laboratory and structural units in the organisation of laboratory tests, epidemiological surveillance and monitoring of non-communicable diseases.

  ROSTYSLAV HOLYK

  Deputy Director General of the State Institution Kyiv Oblast Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

  He graduated from the Bogomolets National Medical University of Kyiv. He has the highest qualification category in General Hygiene. Specialist in the development of quality management systems for laboratories, research of ionising and non-ionising radiation and other physical factors, internal auditor of the quality management system of laboratories in accordance with the requirements of DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17025:2019, EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Head of the radiation monitoring and dosimetric control group.
