Vaccinations will protect against many diseases: pertussis, diphtheria, tetanus, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, haemophilus influenzae, pneumococcal infection, meningococcal infection, rotavirus infection, chickenpox, hepatitis A, papillomavirus infection, etc.
